Input resistance is measured with potassium-based intracellular solution; action potential (AP) amplitude is measured from 10 to 90% of APs. AP threshold is the membrane potential at which dV/dt is larger than 0.3 mV/ms. Values are mean ± SEM; n is the cell number used.
